The Contest starts at 4 PM IST on July 04, 2008 and closes on September 04, 2008 at 4 PM IST ("Contest Period"). Entries received after the closing of the Contest Period shall not be considered and the same will be invalid. MOQQA.com has the sole and absolute right to close or extend the Contest by any time frame at their discretion. |

You've to be a MOQQA.com Member to Participate in this Contest. You need to provide accurate personal information during Registration (Name, Email Id, Country, City etc.). Plz ensure that spellings're correct. |

After Registering with MOQQA.com / Signing into MOQQA.com, you'll find "I want to Participate in the Contest" and "I agree to the Contest Terms & Conditions' on the right hand side of your 'My Home' Page. Click Yes with the "I agree to the Contest T&C" checked to get started with the Contest. Accepting the Contest Terms & Conditions is mandatory to be eligible for the Contest. So, please do not forget to Click YES, else even if your Friends join via your Invitation Link you'll not be able to earn points. |

You need to get atleast 20 of your Friends to Join MOQQA.com inorder to be eligible for the Contest Prizes (use Invite Friends section in the left-side menu to Invite your Friends). You will earn 10 Points for each of your Friends who Join MOQQA.com via your 'Join Me in MOQQA .com Invitation Link' sent from the Invite Friends page. You need a minimum of 200 Points (20 Friends - 10 Points each) to be eligible for the Contest Prizes. If your Friends're already MOQQA.com Members and they use your Invitation Link to Log in which'll help you become friends in MOQQA, you'll not earn points. Also, if you had sent out Invitations previously and your Friends had joined MOQQA via your Invitation link earlier, you'll not earn points for this Contest. You'll earn points only when your Friends Join MOQQA using your Invitation Link between the "Contest Period"(from 4 PM IST on July 04, 2008 to 4 PM IST on September 04, 2008). |

12 MOQQA Members who get the Highest No. of Points fastest by 4 PM (IST) on 4th September 2008 will Win Prizes. |

| 7. |

In case there's a tie between Members, there'll be a lucky dip (we'll conduct it at our office and inform Members about the results of the draw via MOQQA.com Portal *www.MOQQA.com* and Emails). |

| 8. |
|
If you Win, we'll notify you via MOQQA Email (in your MOQQA.com Inbox) and an Email will be sent to your Personal Email Id as well. Names of Contest Winners shall be posted on MOQQA.com by 06:00 PM IST, September 04, 2008. |

| 9. |
|
MOQQA.com will not be responsible if the Winners do not respond to the MOQQA Notification emails and fail to acknowledge receipt of notification emails. |

| 10. |

If it is determined that you are creating fake Member Profiles or creating Friends' profiles yourselves (fake friends' profiles) in order to increase your Score, or if you are caught cheating in any way, you will be disqualified. MOQQA.com's decision in regard to eligible Contest Participants and Contest Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard. |

MOQQA.com will not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. MOQQA.com will not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes. |

MOQQA.com offers no guarantee or warranty in respect of any of the prizes. The manufacturers, services providers, supplier of the Prizes alone shall be liable for any guarantee or warranty, if any. |

All costs and expenses for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the Prize/s will be borne by the respective Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by MOQQA.com in this regard. |

Any disputes arising from or in relation to the MOQQA.com Contest shall be subject exclusively to jurisdiction in Bangalore, India. |

| 15. |
|
MOQQA.com might purchase the Prizes from third party vendors and will not be responsible for any defects therein. In case if any or all of the above mentioned and displayed prizes are out of stock or unavaiable for purchase when the Contest ends, Winners'll get Cash of the same value as the Prize's price instead of the Prize. |

You'll be able to view the leading Contest Participants at any given time, from July 4th '08, 4 PM IST till the Contest ends at 4 PM IST on 4th September, 2008, via the link "MOQQA Contest - Top Participants" in your My Home page. |

If you WIN: We'll be sending you the Prizes by Courier to the Delivery Address (any location across the globe) that you'll provide us once the Contest is over. Prizes would be delivered at your desired location within 7-10 days of our team receiving the Delivery Address and other essential details from you. |
